We would like to sincerely apologize to those we have inconvenienced in one way or another this season. Demand for Coveroo products grew way beyond our expectations and, as a result, we were unable able to keep pace with the unexpected demand.
If you are one of those customers who are not 100% satisfied with our service this season or you feel that we have inconvenienced you in any way, please send us an email at makegood2011@coveroo.com and we will do our best to make it up to you. We truly appreciate for your business, and we will work very hard as a company to make the necessary improvements to return to the production times and excellent customer service you’ve come to expect from Coveroo at all times of the year.
We are so sorry you are not satisfied with your product, but you can return it for a full refund by sending it back to us. Please send your package via regular USPS mail to:

Please include a note with your order number, your email address, and request for a refund. Once we receive your return, we will refund you and send you a confirmation email.
If you received an order number please be assured your order is in our system. Please check your junk or spam folder as the receipt may have been routed there. This issue may also have occurred if we did not record your email address at the time your order was placed. Please email service@coveroo.com or fill out the form below and include your order number and email address and we will send you a copy of your receipt as soon as we’re able. For PayPal customers you can find your order number in your PayPal receipt, it will be marked as your Invoice # near the bottom of the email.
Custom text is a personal message or name that you can place just below the design on the lower portion of the case. It will print right below your design, above the Coveroo Logo. It will always be printed in black, unless on a black case or a dark design, in which case we will automatically change the color to white. Some examples here:
