If you have already placed an order, you can check the date we committed to having your item at your doorstep by checking your
order status. If you have not yet placed an order, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will get your order before Dec 25th. Each item is made-to-order, so it takes us time to print and ship each one.
We are so sorry you are not satisfied with your product, but you can return it for a full refund by sending it back to us. Please send your package via regular USPS mail to:

Please include a note with your order number, your email address, and request for a refund. Once we receive your return, we will refund you and send you a confirmation email.
If you received an order number please be assured your order is in our system. Please check your junk or spam folder as the receipt may have been routed there. This issue may also have occurred if we did not record your email address at the time your order was placed. Please email service@coveroo.com or fill out the form below and include your order number and email address and we will send you a copy of your receipt as soon as we’re able. For PayPal customers you can find your order number in your PayPal receipt, it will be marked as your Invoice # near the bottom of the email.
