  • What is my Order Status and/or tracking information?
    You can find your order status and tracking information here.
  • I'd like to return my item(s). What do I do?
    We are so sorry you are not satisfied with your product, but you can return it for a full refund by sending it back to us. Please send your package via regular USPS mail to:

    Please include a note with your order number, your email address, and request for a refund. Once we receive your return, we will refund you and send you a confirmation email.
  • I placed an order but I did not receive a confirmation from you. My card/PayPal has been charged.
    If you received an order number please be assured your order is in our system. Please check your junk or spam folder as the receipt may have been routed there. This issue may also have occurred if we did not record your email address at the time your order was placed. Please email or fill out the form below and include your order number and email address and we will send you a copy of your receipt as soon as we're able. For PayPal customers you can find your order number in your PayPal receipt, it will be marked as your Invoice # near the bottom of the email.
  • I don't see my phone/device listed. Do you have it?
    If you don't see your device listed I'm afraid we are unable to support it at this time. We do our best to keep up with the latest and greatest models. Please email or fill out the form below and let us know what device you are looking for, and we'll be happy to let you know once it becomes available.
